Preschool education broadly refers to the transition from home to new environments and experiences outside the family, and the experiences during this period form the foundation for all future learning. Raising healthy children with desirable behaviors depends on understanding their developmental characteristics and, accordingly, their needs. This period is considered by researchers as one in which the child has a high potential for learning. Children who grow up in suitable physical and social environments, and in healthy interaction settings, show faster and more successful development.
